Like chevelles and corvettes, camaros are considered one of the all-time great chevrolet classics. But here's the kicker: at this point in time, there simply aren't that many investment grade f4s on the market. And that's why it's a great idea to get ahead of the curve by investing early in this striking 35th anniversary edition ss. Combining a stout ls1 and a smooth 4-speed with compact dimensions and a refreshing drop-top driving experience, this 5,065-mile chevy is a vision of bygone pony car performance. And, as a well-maintained cruiser that's been in the care of just two meticulous owners, it's a solid piece of classic car potential that's available for relatively modest money! Bodywork/trim displaying official aesthetics for all 789 35th anniversary special edition 4-speed ss convertibles, this clean camaro is a virtually spotless garage queen that's seen very little pavement time. 100% straight, with no history of catastrophic damage, the car's fuselage is an even wedge of all-original paint. Therese, quebec assembly plant, still shines with the best cars on the road. And overall, this chevy conveys a premium sense of collectability that, when combined with its spectacular performance, creates a timeless modern classic. At the front of the car's brilliant pigment, one of the most aggressive faces chevrolet ever produced hangs factory-fresh headlights above an ornate header emblem, hid fog lamps and a flat black grille that's finished with silver "camaro" lettering. Behind that grille, a forced air induction hood centers a black inlay in front of a fresh greenhouse that's wrapped in black cloth. Beneath that glass, exclusive 35th anniversary fender emblems add intricate detail to a sculpted profile that floats body-matched door moldings under color-keyed mirrors. And at the back of the car, an ss-exclusive spoiler frames tri-color taillights, a stylish "ss" badge and a second round of silver "camaro" lettering. Engine under the composite bonnet, a gen iii ls1 v8 combines a sturdy aluminum block with lightweight aluminum heads, coil-near-plug ignition and aluminum flat-top pistons to twist a solid 325 horsepower into 350 lb./ft. Of kansas-flat torque. At the top of the engine, cold air induction feeds a factory-spec throttle body, which is bolted to a lightweight, composite intake. High octane fossils are provided by gm electronic fuel injection. Sparks are sequenced through ac delco plug wires. Spent gases get whisked away by factory manifolds. And, aesthetically, the cast silver mill blends seamlessly with the car's spotless, bright rally red engine bay. Drivetrain/suspension under this chevy, clean floors and factory-spec hardware make it clear the car's previous owners were meticulous about maintenance. Exhaust floats through factory pipes that terminate at polished tips. At the corners, 35th anniversary-exclusive wheels spin 275/40zr17 goodyear eagle f1s around machined and painted spokes. Interior between the doors, 35th anniversary-exclusive buckets wrap vivid embroidery and 2-tone hides around 6-way power adjustment for the car's driver. At the floor, a short shifter surfs a small console between clean 35th anniversary mats. In front of the driver, a leather-clad steering wheel sports convenient thumb controls for an awesome monsoon sound system. In the world of camaros, there are plenty of cars that have great street presence. And then there are cars, like this incredible sema custom, that are wicked manifestations of high octane and pure adrenaline! Built to drop jaws at the world's most outrageous custom car show, this razor-sharp chevy is the direct result of what happens when serious gearheads spend $420k infusing timeless american muscle with the best attributes of italian supercars. With one twist of its key, 6. 2 liters of ls9 v8 roar to life, reinforcing those aggressive looks with outrageous performance. When rubber bites the pavement, a full detroit speed suspension and beefy tremec 6-speed afford a steady diet of modern era poseurs that's seasoned with the occasional golden age classic. Bodywork/trim titled ultimate sixty seven, and completely designed, built and finished by ultimate auto of orlando, florida http://www. Ultimateauto. Com/pages/detailed/1467. Html this lust worthy f1 was sent straight to the 2013 sema show where it shared the spotlight with creations from chip foose and troy trepanier. And this member of that trio was commissioned for a total cost of $420k. Naturally, basf builds were meant to highlight basf paints, which, on this custom chevy, reflects as gorgeous carizzma ruthless red 2-stage. There's no question that the first generation camaro is one of the best-looking muscle cars of all time. And when a team of skilled builders executes a bit of carefully planned customization, it only serves to make things better! At the front of this sophisticated coupe, a hand-fabricated grille hangs a polished crossbar and jw speaker led headlights above a custom valance, a custom carbon fiber splitter, and a painted, sectioned and recessed bumper. Above that grille, a pinned zl-2 hood leads the eye to a custom cowl and flush-fit glass that's wrapped in hand-laid carbon fiber roof skin. At the sides of that hood, a shaved profile centers custom mirrors and modern door handles above hand-fabricated rockers that flare to 2-inch widened quarters. Those quarters frame a seamless deck filler panel, which flows into a modified trunk lid and custom rear valance that's complete with inverted, '69 camaro-style taillights. And those leds illuminate a '67 camaro-style fuel filler, a second painted, sectioned and recessed bumper, and snazzy billet splitters. Engine capping 6. 2 liters of octane-laced displacement with a brutal eaton supercharger, the chevrolet performance v8 rumbling beneath this camaro's custom engine cover is a 21st century testament to the bowtie division's enduring small block. Derived from the corvette c6r racing program, and hand-assembled at gm's performance build center in wixom, michigan, the top-of-the-line ls9 incorporates specialty processes typically seen in competition engines to produce a highly refined and precise driving experience. The foundation is an aluminum block that utilizes pressed in cylinder liners to accommodate added pressure from the positive-displacement, roots-type blower. That blower feeds a forged steel crank, cast aluminum flat-top pistons and a high performance cam, which complement a high-flow intake and lightweight aluminum heads. Integrated charge cooling and dry-sump oiling ensure the engine stays hydrated. Exhaust rattles through polished long-tube headers. A speed engineering serpentine drive keeps everything charged and spinning. Mast motorsports engine management ensures all components communicate well. And, despite producing a staggering 638 horsepower and 604 lb./ft. Of torque, the mill still passes emissions, delivers respectable fuel economy and maintains excellent street manners. And, given the extravagant nature of this camaro's build, a full suite of dse's best parts was pretty much a given. Behind the rowdy engine, a tremec t56 6-speed spins a carbon fiber driveshaft. That tube powers a proven detroit speed quadralink, which hangs a beefy sway bar and double-adjustable coil-overs around a tough ford 9-inch axle. Opposite that quadralink, a hydroformed detroit speed front-clip makes good use of tubular control arms, two more double-adjustable coil-overs and power rack-and-pinion steering. At the corners of that suspension, color-keyed baer 6-piston calipers clamp big drilled and slotted rotors. Exhaust floats through massive, mandrel-bent pipes, which employ aggressive borla proxs mufflers in front of custom, side-exit tips. Power meets the pavement via custom vellano vks wheels, which twist 2-tone centers and carbon fiber hoops around 265/30zr20 pirelli p zeros and 355/25zr21 pirelli p zeros. And the car's solid, undercoated floors are finished with high quality components like welded subframe connectors and requisite mini tubs. Front and center, firm f5 buckets complement custom rear buckets with hides that are 1-part leather and 1-part suede. In front of those thrones, a leather-wrapped fifth generation camaro dash seats carbon fiber trim around custom telemetry, touchscreen pioneer audio and modern climate control. At the base of that dash, color-keyed leather flooring founds modern chevrolet sills and "camaro" branded floor mats beneath billet foot pedals, a custom, full-length console and a small shifter. Opposite that console, leather-wrapped door panels frame requisite power windows in slick carbon fiber coves. Those bits are accented by a molded suede headliner, custom pillar covers and a custom package tray. In front of the driver, an f5 camaro steering wheel spins a color-keyed leather rim and charcoal spokes around a color-keyed horn pad and charcoal bowtie. Behind the passengers, a small trunk mimics the aforementioned gauge design with an led-lit bandpass that's complete with giant jl audio subwoofers. And those woofers, which complement a whole roster of jl audio zr speakers, utilize canbus wiring and jl audio amps to keep the tunes rockin'. Power Windows✔ Climate Control

It's most likely not the acres of tri-fives, camaros and corvettes sitting at the local swap meet. Well, that's pretty much all classic chevys, so i guess i need to be more specific. Being a '50s bowtie, it's certainly cool. And being a low production cameo definitely makes it different. But what makes it both different and cool is the fact that it's a fully restored, low production '50s bowtie that's available for what's essentially cruiser money. Bodywork/trim the beneficiary of a detailed, frame-off restoration, this impressive truck is one of the coolest chevrolets on the market. Its rock-solid panels sport a correct combination of gypsy red and india ivory 2-stage that highlights distinct style while shunning '50s excess. That adherence to strength and rugged execution makes for great panel fit, which gives the sculpted body an expressly handsome profile. And overall, this premier task force is a high quality classic that's poised to turn heads. Originally envisioned by gm designer chuck jordan, the cameo arguably began the american truck's decades-long march toward car-like attributes, eventually spawning one of the market's first legitimate crossovers: the el camino. However, despite blending two distinctly different styles of vehicle, the truck managed to mix great detailing with excellent proportions. At the front of this chevy, a domed hood centers a tough chevrolet crest above a polished grille, chrome-trimmed headlights, bullet-style marker lamps and a guarded bumper. Behind that hood, like-new glass rides between polished stainless wipers, a color-keyed visor and polished stainless frames. Beneath that glass, a sculpted profile incorporates a combination of solid metal and lightweight fiberglass under a small mirror, slim door handles, a traditional fuel filler and color-keyed ornamentation. At the center of that profile, a gypsy red bed seats clean wood planks under polished stainless hardware. And at the back of that bed, a steel, cable-operated tailgate centers a wide bowtie between stylish taillights and a guarded, polished and painted bumper that's designed to cleverly conceal the truck's spare tire. At the top of the spry mill, an oiled air cleaner funnels wind in to a big 4-barrel carburetor that's sequenced to stainless lines, a small bowl and a reliable pierce pump. Below that juice box, a chevy orange intake perfectly complements stamped, chevy orange valve covers. At the back of that intake, a traditional points distributor shoots spark past cast exhaust manifolds via 7mm hi-temp radio suppression cables. Opposite that distributor, a beefy radiator utilizes pliable hoses and modern screw clamps to cycle water around a familiar pulley fan. Details like a tagged unit parts generator and a modern battery ensure this chevy runs every bit as good as it looks. And the engine's attractive frame is constructed of satin black fenders and an india ivory firewall. Drivetrain/suspension crawling under this sedate bowtie reveals a factory chassis that, for the most part, appears weather-free. Power meets the pavement through a correct saginaw 3-speed, which is tied to a sturdy 10-bolt axle. An aluminized, single-pipe exhaust system, which is wired to a large muffler, runs the entire length of the truck. Interior slide inside this chevrolet's fully restored interior and step back into the simplistic and purposeful culture of 1950s america. The vibrant red from the truck's body is carried onto 2-tone doors and a 2-tone dash that's fitted with factory telemetry and a correct am radio. Opposite that dash, a wide and supportive bench features tight vinyl surfacing. That seat is framed by fresh carpet, a small headliner and color-keyed sun visors. And in front of the driver, an aircraft-inspired steering wheel laps a polished bowtie centerpiece. Distinctive, comfortable and lovingly restored, it's a lot of fun on the road or at the show. This is certainly one of them! Summary the beneficiary of a detailed, frame-off restoration correct 265 cubic inch chevrolet v8 correct 3-speed manual transmission correct india ivory and gypsy red paint correct red and beige interior 15-inch steel wheels 1 of only 5,220 cameos produced for the 1955 model year.

In the automotive realm, few things excite enthusiasts more than the word "copo". Thanks to a little rule breaking and covert innovation, the copo camaro became a holy grail of the muscle car world. But then, maybe that acute focus on purpose is what makes copos so special. Check out this very special fleet special! Either way, 2011 was a great year since chrysler single-handedly revived the factory drag wars with their v10-powered dodge challenger drag pack. Fast forward a few more years and ford's getting in on the fun with a factory cobra jet program, and gm's answer, the legendary copo camaro, is more popular than either. Chevrolet's copo program was revived in 2012, shortly after the arrival of the fifth-generation camaro. In keeping with tradition, the cars feature custom-ordered powerplants that focus on performance above all else. This coupe, number 27 of the first 69 sixth-generation copo camaros produced, was sold through modern chevrolet of winston salem, north carolina. As an eight or nine second car, it can certainly be called the latest and greatest. And, wearing exclusive copo bolt-ons that are framed in hyper blue metallic paint, it's one of the best-looking camaros on the road! At the front of the car's body, a chrome-trimmed rally sport fascia hangs a small "copo" script beneath a textured bowtie and "camaro" branded hid headlights. Behind that fascia, a carbon fiber hood fronts a factory greenhouse, which is centered between shaved mirrors and a shaved antenna. At the sides of that hood, a sculpted profile floats bold "copo" lettering inside clear marker lamps. And at the back of the car, led taillights illuminate tough wheelie bars, a second textured bowtie and a copo-spec simpson parachute. Engine no car guy worth his salt will dispute the merit of anything with eight cylinders and a chevrolet badge! That intake, plumbed with holley electronic fuel injection, feeds chevrolet performance lsx heads. At the sides of those heads, bright plug wires thread stainless american racing headers, which cradle an aluminum lsx block that's decked in vivid chevy orange paint. That block is cooled by an electric meziere water pump, which milks a lightweight aluminum radiator that's backed by a large puller fan. Like any strip-ready creation, this coupe sports a roster of quality details, which include unique wiring, a stef's oil pan and a full outfit of aeromotive fuel components. And, aesthetically, the car's autographed engine bay appears just as clean as the day it left detroit. Drivetrain/suspension sleeker, 133 pounds lighter and 28% stiffer than its predecessor, this alpha-based chevy is easily capable of 9-second quarter-mile passes. That torque flows to an aluminum third member that's fitted with a spool-type differential and 40-spline, gun-drilled axle shafts. That drivetrain pushes a copo-specific 4-link, which is finished with a panhard bar, a stabilizer bar and adjustable strange coil-overs. In front of that clip, an adjustable, strut-type front-half frames un-assisted rack-and-pinion steering. A sweet but equally brutal soundtrack is provided by wide-diameter dumps. And power pounds the pavement through polished bogart wheels, which spin 28. 0x4. 5-15 hoosiers in front of 9. 0x30. 0-15 hoosiers. At the center of that cage, "copo" branded seats employ 5-point simpson harnesses. In front of those seats, a french-stitched dash plants vital auto meter accessory gauges beneath a small shift light and big auto meter tachometer. Beneath that dash, fresh carpet frames a serious hurst shifter. The driver spins a factory camaro wheel beneath a quality simpson window net. And behind the cockpit, an autographed decklid hides a 6-gallon aeromotive fuel cell between dual racer's package batteries. Tachometer
